getByGeocode(code: string): Promise<AddressEntry | null>

Looks up a single unit by its exact geocode. The length of code selects the level: GEOCODE_LENGTH.PROVINCE, .DISTRICT or .SUB_DISTRICT. Returns null for an unknown code or an unrecognised length.
